RESCAPITAL S.A. manages newly formed RESFUND VCMF, a €30M closed-end venture capital fund with a 10-year duration, in line with the provisions of Law 2992/2002 and HDBI’s ‘EP-ANODOS’ Fund Framework.
RESFUND VCMF invests in SMEs, maintaining an establishment in the Greek territory at the time of the investment, which need restructuring/reorganization for rebound/turnaround/growth and engage primarily in manufacturing and processing operations.
